He is examined and conferred his doctorate at the University La Sapienza in Rome in 1994 with a thesis in Criminal Law entitled: “Irrecoverable Debts in Criminal Law”. Since 1999 he practices also in the area Consumer Protection Law and he is consultant of important national no- profit associations, in particular in the areas legality, reports to credit institutions and assurance companies, protection of victims of usury and extortion as well as protection of victims of medical professional errors. Avv. Filippo Bellinzonis fields of activity are Civil Law, Commercial Law, as juridical as out of the court, in particular in the sectors Company Law, Rent Law, Home Ownership Law, Insolvency Law, collecting debts, Family Law, separations and divorces.
